In our laboratory in the historic center of Volterra we organize cooking classes for groups or individuals to learn techniques and methods for preparing fresh pasta.

Nice and easy to follow lessons to learn about the history of pasta, learn traditional recipes and ingredients to create different types of typical Tuscan pasta. Stuffed ravioli, pappardelle, tagliatelle, gnocchi, gnudi and pici.

And at the end of the class you will taste the dishes you have created, seasoned with sauces from the Tuscan cuisine and tradition. Cooking classes are in Italian or English.
